1. General Agreement

By scheduling or receiving services from Innova AC Solutions LLC, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all installation, maintenance, and repair services provided by Innova AC Solutions LLC.


2. Services Provided

Innova AC Solutions LLC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including but not limited to: installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial systems.


All services will be performed by trained and licensed technicians in accordance with local and state codes.


3. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.


Prices are subject to change if additional work or materials are required beyond the original estimate.


The client will be informed before any additional work begins.


4. Payment Terms

A deposit will be required for all installations or large repair jobs before materials are ordered.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of work or service unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Remaining Balance MUST be paid upon completion of job otherwise:


- The client will be sent the remaining balance invoice once the job is complete.

- IF NOT paid another will be sent within the next 3 days.

- IF STILL NOT paid, 4 days after the last invoice, a FINAL NOTICE will be sent, stating that the case will be taken to court or lien.


Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and credit/debit cards.


Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% per week finance charge.


5. Licensing

Innova AC Solutions LLC operates in full compliance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, including maintaining all required contractor licenses, trade licenses, and permits for the services performed.


6. No refunds

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made and inspected by Innova AC Solutions to confirm or decline said claim.


7. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment windows are approximate. Delays may occur due to weather, emergency calls, or unforeseen conditions.


If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.


Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a service call fee.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a $75 service fee.


8. Service Call Fees

A diagnostic or service call fee applies to all repair visits.


This fee covers the cost of the technician’s time, travel, and system assessment.


If the client proceeds with recommended repairs during the same visit, the service call fee may be applied toward the total repair cost (at company discretion).


9. Equipment Ownership and Title

Any parts or equipment installed remain the property of Innova AC Solutions LLC until paid in full.


The company reserves the right to remove or disable equipment for non-payment in accordance with Texas property laws.


Once payment is received in full, ownership transfers to the client.


10. Warranty and Guarantees

Installation workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of installation.


Manufacturer warranties apply for all new equipment and parts, and any claims must be made according to manufacturer terms.


Workmanship Warranties are void if:

Equipment is serviced or modified by anyone other than Innova AC Solutions LLC Maintenance is neglected. Damage results from misuse, power surges, or acts of nature


11. Limitation of Liability

Innova AC Solutions LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing system conditions, effects, electrical/plumbing issues outside of the HVAC System, or code violations not caused by our work.


Damage due to misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.


Loss of use, property damage, inconvenience, or incidental/consequential damages resulting from HVAC system failure or delays.


12. Property Access and Safety

The client must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the work area.

Technicians reserve the right to refuse or delay service if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to: hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or unsafe structures, until the issue is corrected.


13. Maintenance Recommendations

Proper maintenance is required to keep warranties valid. The client is encouraged to schedule regular service visits per manufacturer or Innova AC Solutions LLC recommendations.


14. Potential Risk of Incidental Damage

While Innova AC Solutions LLC takes every precaution to perform work safely and professionally, HVAC service and installation may involve working in attics, walls, ceilings, or other confined areas.

During these processes, there is a small risk of incidental damage such as:

Sheetrock cracks or holes


Minor paint or ceiling damage


Water leakage or condensation issues resulting from pre-existing system conditions


If any damage occurs as a direct result of the company’s work, Innova AC Solutions LLC will promptly assess and repair or compensate the client for reasonable costs associated with the damage.

The company is not responsible for hidden structural issues, pre-existing damage, or conditions beyond the technician’s control.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Johnson County, Texas.



16. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, approving an estimate, or receiving services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
